Every piece is cut to your measurements. If anything needs adjusting after delivery, send the garment back to our atelier within 30 days. We will alter it free of charge and ship it back to you on us (FREE EMS within Thailand). Return shipping to our atelier is the customer responsibility.
Yes. We ship worldwide via EMS. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your destination — typically around ฿3,000 for most countries. Customers are responsible for any customs duty or import tax in the destination country.
Yes. Each product page shows a high-resolution preview of the fabric. For a tactile sense, we recommend visiting our atelier — both branches keep all current fabrics in stock for you to handle. You can also request swatches by email if you live outside Bangkok.
Yes. Bespoke means cut for any body. We make garments for tall, broad, slim, and smaller frames — and yes, for children when the occasion calls for it. There are no size limits; only the measurements that fit you.
