Alterations
My recent customized order does not fit, what should I do?
We offer a perfect fit guarantee. We will pay for alterations up to 1,000 THB at a local tailor of your choice. Should this tailor deem the suit unalterable we will re-make the garment free of charge with new measurements provided by you. To request an alteration credit, please contact us using our contact form.
- Download & Print our Alteration Form: Use the visual guide to help you understand the ways a suit can be altered by an alteration service. Please note that alterations will also depend on the experience and expertise of your tailor.
- Take Your Alteration Form and Suit to a Local Tailor: Have your tailor indicate all changes on our alteration form.
- Apply for an Alteration Credit: Follow the on-screen instructions to claim your alteration credit. You will also be asked to upload a photographed or scanned copy of your receipt as well as input the measurement changes made by your tailor.
Can DGRIE suits be custom made for large men or small children?
Yes. We are a 100% bespoke custom clothing company. When placing an order for a small child we would encourage you to please contact our office with your order number.
Shipping & Delivery
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY INFORMATION
DGRIE offers free shipping on orders over 5,000 THB. On orders under 5,000 THB, DGRIE charges a flat rate of 600 THB. Gift cards, tailor’s kits, and tape measures ship for free, but are not counted toward the 5,000 THB free shipping threshold.
