We collect only what we need to craft your garments, fulfil your orders, and communicate with you.

Account information: name, email, phone, password (encrypted)
Order details: shipping address, billing details, garment preferences, measurements
Payment details: bank transfer slip / reference. We do not store credit card information
Technical data: IP address, browser type, device, cookies, pages visited

2. How we use your information

To process your order and ship the finished garment
To communicate about your order, fittings, and shipping updates
To send occasional news or offers, only if you opt in
To improve the website and our service
To meet legal and tax requirements

3. Sharing your information

We share your information only when needed to provide our service:

Banks: to verify your transfer
Shipping carriers: Thailand Post EMS and international couriers, for delivery
Service providers: email and SMS providers, hosting
Authorities: if legally required (court order, tax audit)

We never sell your personal information to third parties.
