These terms govern your use of dgrie.com and the products and services we offer. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of terms

By using our website or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your password secure. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Products and services

• Bespoke: custom-cut garments made to your individual measurements with your chosen fabric and details. Each piece is unique and cannot be resold.
• Ready-to-wear: standard-sized items available for immediate purchase.

Fabric colors, weave, and texture may vary slightly between batches and may appear different on screen than in person.

4. Pricing

All prices on dgrie.com are in Thai Baht and include Thai VAT. We may update prices at any time. The price you pay is the price displayed at the moment your order is confirmed.

5. Payment

We accept payment by bank transfer (Thailand). After placing your order, you will receive bank account details by email. Once you complete the transfer, please notify us via our contact form or LINE @dgrie. Crafting begins once payment is confirmed.

Payment is required upfront, before crafting starts. This is standard for bespoke work, as fabric is cut specifically for you.

6. Order acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, fabric unavailability, or other circumstances beyond our control. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.

7. Production and delivery time

• Shirts: typically 10–14 business days
• Pants: typically 10–21 business days
• Suits and jackets: typically 14–28 business days

Shipping time is in addition to crafting time. Delays can occasionally happen due to fabric supply, courier issues, or holidays. We will keep you informed.

8. Shipping

• Thailand: free EMS on all orders, typically 1–3 business days after dispatch
• International: EMS, cost calculated at checkout, typically 5–10 business days. Customs duties and import taxes are the customer responsibility

9. Fit guarantee and alterations

We offer a free alteration guarantee. If your bespoke garment does not fit on arrival, send it back to our atelier within 30 days of delivery. We will alter it free of charge and ship it back to you (we cover return shipping within Thailand). Return shipping to our atelier is the customer responsibility.

10. Returns

• Bespoke garments are cut to your individual measurements and cannot be resold. They are not eligible for return, but are fully covered by our fit guarantee.
• Non-bespoke items (ties, bow ties, tie clips, cuff links, pocket squares) may be returned if unworn and in original condition. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery; items must be postmarked back to us within 7 days. A 20% service charge applies; return shipping is the customer responsibility.

11. Intellectual property

All content on dgrie.com, including the DGRIE name, logo, designs, fabrics, photographs, and text, is owned by DGRIE or its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, or use our content without written permission.

12. User conduct

When using our site or communicating with our staff, you agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Use the service for fraudulent purposes
• Send abusive or threatening messages to our staff
• Attempt to disrupt or hack the website

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

13. Disclaimers

We do our best to display fabric colors and details accurately, but screen calibration, lighting, and individual perception may cause variation. Slight differences between the screen image and the finished garment are normal and not grounds for return.

We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, pandemics), or factors beyond our control.

14. Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

15. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes will be resolved in Thai courts. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any concerns amicably.
